Rotary harmonic actuators

Integrated harmonic actuators
provide high torque up to 800 Nm and high-precision rotary control. Thanks to its integrated design, processing and assembly techniques, it is designed and manufactured as a compact all-in-one solution: i.e. a high-precision zero backlash harmonic gearbox with integrated frame torque motor, hollow shaft, absolute or high-resolution incremental encoder, optionally integrated brake and intelligent encoder.

Four different series are available to suit different industrial needs and applications:

AAH & AAT series with hollow shaft design for space saving and seamless cable applications;

AAS series with full shaft design;

AGM series with hollow shaft, with integrated electronics(EtherCAT or CANOpen) for position, speed and torque control applications – all-in-one.

Our integrated harmonic gear motors can run at standard input voltages of 48VDC, 110VAC or 220VAC.

Further customisation options: windings and a range of technical data (such as torques, speeds, etc.) can also be customised on request.
