KMF’s high torque frameless direct drive motors have high torque and torque density. They also have ultra-low cogging torque, extremely low torque fluctuation at low speed, low noise and precise rotary motion for efficient and stable solutions required by mechanical systems.
The KMF frameless direct drive motor uses high power density windings for applications requiring small and compact size, light weight and low inertia. The high-performance NdFeB rotor and carbon fiber packaging material provide an efficient and stable solution for the system.
Several models are available: they cover different frame sizes from 60 mm to 145 mm.
Hall sensor: provides a feedback signal output.
High insulation level: insulation class F (155°C).
Carbon Fiber Protection: carbon fiber sleeves protect the rotor at high speeds.
Safety Certification:Passed EU CE and North American ETL certification.
Extremely easy to use: the reliable, compact system design is easy to implement.
