LHD series harmonic gearboxes are based on super compact technology with a large hollow shaft. This extremely compact and lightweight gearbox features a precision cross-roller bearing with high tilt stiffness and excellent performance characteristics, opening up new possibilities for its application.

  • Simplicity – compact dimensions and light weight
  • The output bearing with high tilting stiffness allows direct introduction of high loads without additional support, thus enabling simple and space-saving design installations.
  • The LHD-C-I units are characterised by their very compact dimensions and low weight, consisting of a set of components and a large capacity output bearing. The absence of inlet and outlet flanges means maximum flexibility in design integration.
  • Integrated hollow shaft that can be used as a line feed or for cables for other axes.

 

LHD-C-I: The input shaft is directly matched and connected to the inner bore of the wave generator.

LHD-P-I: The LHD-P component set can be directly integrated into your machinery/equipment.

LHD-C-III: In the center of the wave generator cam there is a hole for a large diameter hollow shaft. The gearbox is designed with a support bearing

inside and the fully sealed design is easy to install.
