The rotary positioning modules are based on high precision patented harmonic LD gearboxes of the latest generation with ultra-long held precision over lifetime and very high indexing accuracy. They are mainly used for 4. & 5th axis CNC high-precision machining.
They include LD torque motors with high power density and integrated direct connection to achieve fast dynamic response. It is currently the only rotary table on the market with accuracy to less than 10 arc seconds, ultra-high rigidity and a maximum torque of 1470 Nm.
The quality of the construction ensures that the accuracy remains unchanged for more than five years without the need for regular maintenance.
Main features
- High accuracy: absolute positioning accuracy is less than 10 arcsec (0.0028°).
- Zero Will: No-clearance harmonic drive .
- High torque: small size, high torque; output torque up to 1470 Nm.
- Maintenance-free: no accuracy degeneration, no need for regular maintenance. Accuracy remains unchanged after more than 20,000 hours of use.
- Integration: Highly integrated, with built-in extremely precise and rigid special harmonic speed reducer for machine tools (internationally patented product) and powerful high power density motor, with low torque support.
- Fast response: excellent dynamic response.
- Fast positioning: no backlash and high rigidity; no need to brake while working, significantly reducing time
- High efficiency: the efficiency is 75% to 80%.
